7. The damages caused by the following reasons are not covered by the warranty
  a. Operation is not in accordance with the manual and warnings
  b. User’s bad usage environment
  c. Disassemble the product without our permission, or not follow our manual when repair the product
  d. Force majeure: damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, abnormal voltage etc or accidents
  e. Bad power environment or foreign matter enters into the product.
  f. Natural wear of the product
  g. Damage occurs when warranty is expired.


B: Training
  Our company will dispatch the engineer who has good command of product knowledge, rich spot working experience and good acquaintance of the product structure, performance and parameter to provide technical training to our customer. The training includes:
  a. Basic principle of the product.

  b. The right operation procedure.
  c. Troubleshooting of operation.
  d. Warning of overhaul.
  e. Maintenance of the product.
